CSA’s portfolio of domestically-based projects includes a broad range of data collection and sampling services, habitat management, assessment and restoration, data synthesis, and scientific studies. Our staff has an extensive background conducting permitting activities and studies associated with a range of federal government agencies, including the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM); Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE); U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE); U.S. Department of Defense (DoD ); National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA); U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ); U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA); U.S. Department of Energy (DOE); and the National Park Service (NPS).


Our international expertise ranges from studies conducted for the United Nations to the Cayman Island government, for which CSA has provided EIAs that comply with and follow World Bank environmental principles, IFC environmental and social safeguard policies, and the EHS guidelines update of the World Bank Group (prepared by the IFC), as required for each proposed project.
