CSA Ocean Sciences Inc. (CSA), an international marine environmental consulting firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Clifford Lawrence to the role of Informational Technology (IT) Helpdesk coordinator.

Mr. Lawrence is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of CSA’s IT equipment and associated systems. He will manage IT assistance requests from staff for software and hardware issues both on site and working remotely. His duties include troubleshooting, maintaining working components of IT hardware and software, and assisting staff with computer and software maintenance and network services. Mr. Lawrence brings substantial experience and certifications in both Windows and Mac operating systems and associated software packages, as well as extensive certification in network operations. Mr. Lawrence has previously served as both a network and system administrator and CAD technician following his education at the Academy of South Florida and the ATI-Career Training Center, both in Miami, Florida.
