Florida Local Environmental Resource Agencies (FLERA) have been advancing local environmental programs throughout the state of Florida since the late 1960’s. Their mission is to enhance communication, education, and advocacy for Florida local environmental protection efforts.

This year, the annual FLERA Conference centers around public-private partnerships and how they utilize innovative finance and project management techniques to stretch limited resources for infrastructure. The focus is also on how they can assist local governments find solutions for resiliency and natural resource preservation and management. 

The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort in St. Johns County, July 31 – August 2, 2019.
